What you should know about the new law affecting the minimum wage, paid leave, and employee meetings

On the May 1 virtual event, attorney Corey Dunn will discuss the impacts and requirements of Ballot Measure 1, which was approved by voters in the 2024 General Election. The webinar is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Ballot Measure 1 is a trifecta of new employment regulations and costs that will impact every business’s bottom line in three ways by:

Raising the minimum wage

Mandating paid leave

Prohibiting employee meetings.
