NFIB's FedPAC announced the endorsement

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (March 19, 2025) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Jimmy Patronis for election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Florida’s 1st Congressional District.

“Jimmy Patronis has shown that he will be a reliable advocate for small businesses in Congress,” said Bill Herrle, NFIB Florida Executive Director. “Throughout his time in public service, he has always been readily accessible to NFIB members and has consistently supported pro-small business policies. We are pleased to endorse him today.”

“Jimmy Patronis grew up in a small, family business, and intimately understands the challenges associated with owning a small business,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He made clear that he will stand up for Main Street priorities such as reducing burdensome regulations and making tax relief for small businesses permanent. If elected to Congress, I’m confident Jimmy Patronis will be a strong advocate for our members.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
