New Jersey Small Business, Share Your Story: Finding Employees

New Jersey small business owners, we need your help! NFIB has long cited to the press and policy makers alike that small businesses are America’s job creators. However, finding qualified employees is becoming more difficult for small business owners. In NFIB’s  Small Business Economic Trends survey, “quality of labor” is one of the most frequent answers for NFIB members asked to identify the single most important problem facing their small business.
