SC Legislative Session Gets Underway
The 2021 Legislative Session began today, and it comes with a wide range of issues impacting small business and the many ways NFIB will be addressing them. These issues include:
- Tort reform (S 145)
- Much needed COVID liability protections (S 147)
- Reducing sales tax on services (H 3392).
- Opposing an increase in the state minimum wage.
- Raising taxes on small businesses to fund Medicaid expansion.
