TAKE ACTION: Nebraska’s Inheritance Tax Must Go!

March 3, 2025

Share your experience with Nebraska's inheritance tax

Nebraska is one of five states in the nation with an Inheritance Tax. This tax reduces investments, discourages business expansion, and drives wealthy taxpayers out of the state.
There are many bills to either reduce or eliminate this tax. While we would prefer a full elimination, NFIB is pushing to change the tax as it currently stands to encourage investment in the state.

Have you been affected by this tax? Do you think the elimination or reduction of this tax will help with investing in Nebraska?

CLICK HERE to take action NOW and tell your state senator to reduce or eliminate the Inheritance Tax!
