Alaska’s Small Businesses Endorse Senator Lisa Murkowski for Re-Election

JUNEAU, Alaska (Sept. 28, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Senator Lisa Murkowski for re-election to the United States Senate to represent Alaska.

“Senator Murkowski has been a steadfast supporter of small businesses during her time in Congress,” said Thor Stacey, NFIB Alaska State Director. “She has been a strong advocate for pro-small business policies, earning a 94% NFIB voting record for this term and recently received NFIB’s Guardian of Small Business Award. She understands the issues impacting our members and has been a reliable voice for them as our Senator. We are proud to endorse her today for re-election.”

“Senator Murkowski recognizes the role small businesses play in the economy,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “She has been a pro-small business Member of Congress and we look forward to continuing to work with her.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
