California’s Small Business Community Endorses Brian Maryott

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Brian Maryott for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent California’s 49th Congressional District.

“Brian Maryott will be an ally for California’s small businesses in Congress,” said John Kabateck, NFIB California State Director. “Due to his background in financial planning, he has a unique understanding of how small businesses are affected by inflation, higher interest rates, and higher gas and energy prices. If elected, he will use his financial expertise to promote policies that will combat these challenges and grow the small business economy. Brian Maryott will be a strong advocate for small businesses in Congress and we are pleased to endorse him today.”

“Brian Maryott understands the small business issues impacting our members,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He has the financial knowledge to effectively represent small business concerns and will be an outstanding small business advocate. We look forward to working with him in Congress.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
