The member ballot is being sent out.

Be Sure to Vote Your 2022 NFIB New Jersey State Ballot.

The 2022 NFIB New Jersey state ballot will determine NFIB’s position on important issues in this year’s session of the newly elected state legislature.

NFIB isn’t like other business advocacy organizations. We don’t have a board of directors deciding our position on the important issues. Our positions are based on our member ballots.

NFIB believes in “one member, one voice.” Every member gets a say, regardless of size, without exception.

Our member ballot has been a foundational element of our work for over 75 years. It’s a democratic system that has served small businesses well.

The ballot provides you with the essential background information on each issue and explains the arguments for and against each question. On each issue, you can vote “yes” or “no” to tell us whether you support or oppose the issue. Once the results are in, we will deliver our members’ message to state legislators.

NFIB is the voice of small business, and the more ballot results we have, the louder and clearer our voice becomes. When your ballot arrives, please fill it out and return it as soon as possible. Let us know where you stand on the issues affecting your ability to own, operate, and grow your business.
