Legislative leaders have scheduled what they hope will be the final floor periods of the 2023-24 Session of the Legislature.

The first floor period of 2024 is planned for January 16-25, followed by February 13-22, March 12-14, and the final general business floor period scheduled for April 11th.

In addition, lawmakers could also be on the floor, if necessary, April 13-16, and a quick two-day session May 14-15, to consider action on any vetoes by the Governor.

Republicans control the Assembly 64-35, and also the Senate 22-11.
