LISTEN: NFIB Missouri Joins Wake Up Mid-Missouri
In a conversation with Jeff City’s Wake Up Mid-Missouri, NFIB State Director Brad Jones described how small business owners are struggling to fill open positions and retain their employees.
“We’ve got about 43% of our small businesses out there who have jobs they can’t fill. Part of the problem is the quality of the applicant, and the other is just not having an applicant.”
