Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP will present a “Management Update Briefing” on Louisiana labor and employment law on Friday, Oct. 20. The event, co-sponsored by NFIB, will be from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Holiday Day Inn Downtown, 701 4th St. Topics will include state labor and employment laws, personal liability of managers and human resource representatives, and defeating meritless unemployment compensation claims.
