Timothy Hill Earns NFIB Tennessee PAC Endorsement in District 3 Special Election

The?NFIB Tennessee PAC?has endorsed?Timothy Hill?in the special election in House District 3. The political action committee is comprised solely of NFIB members from across the state.

Timothy Hill has a tremendous track record of unwavering support for small business,” said NFIB State Director Jim Brown.?“In his previous time of service in the legislature, he chaired the House Commerce Committee very effectively, backing policies that continue to help small business owners in his district and across Tennessee. Timothy Hill is the clear choice for small business in this special election.

“I’m very grateful to have the support of small business in this special election,” said Hill, who owns a small business with operations in Kingsport and Pigeon Forge. “I understand the challenges small business owners in East Tennessee and across the state are dealing with and will work diligently to make a difference for them in Nashville.”

Early voting in the special primary begins Friday, June 2, and ends Saturday, June 17. Election Day in the special primary is Thursday, June 22. The general election will be held Thursday, August 3.

Today’s endorsement puts the considerable grassroots support of the state’s small businesses behind Hill’s campaign. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to vote. NFIB will encourage its Tennessee members to help turn out the powerful small-business voting bloc on Election Day.
