NFIB Statement on Gov. Youngkin Achieving Startup Company Goal

NFIB State Director Julia Hammond released the following statement today in response to Gov. Glenn Youngkin‘s announcement that his administration has fulfilled a Day One goal of creating 10,000 new high-growth and high-wage startup companies in Virginia:
“Today’s announcement shows that Governor Youngkin clearly understands the importance of building an environment where entrepreneurs can create and grow their businesses and continue to expand Virginia’s workforce.
“Small business is the engine that powers the commonwealth’s economy, and this announcement underscores the governor’s commitment to supporting Virginia’s job creators.”
