22 North Dakota Legislators Achieve a 100% Voting Record from NFIB

NFIB North Dakota announced today that 22 state legislators — 9 members of the Senate and 13 members of the House?—?achieved a 100% NFIB Voting Record?in the 2023-24 session. “These legislators recognize that small businesses form the foundation of North Dakota. For our state to prosper, they must champion Main Street,” said NFIB State Director Don Larson. “I applaud these advocates for small business who prioritize policies that enable North Dakotans to own, run, and grow their enterprises.” The 2023-24 NFIB?Voting?Record?does not reflect every element considered by lawmakers when?voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the legislators. The voting record includes eight key?votes?in the House and five key votes in the Senate on issues important to small businesses including tax relief, lawsuit reform, and regulations. It does not factor in that many of these legislators supported small businesses in committees, as well. Click here to see the results for all legislators and an explanation of the issues.
