Aeron Van Scoyk
Law Clerk, Small Business Legal Center, NFIB

Aeron Van Scoyk is a third-year J.D. candidate at UC Davis School of Law and an alumnus of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics. He has worked for the NFIB Small Business Legal Center as a law clerk since October of 2018 and has helped revise the Small Business Guide to Taxes. He also interned with the California Office of Legislative Counsel in 2019.

 

Luke Wake
Senior Staff Attorney, Small Business Legal Center, NFIB

Luke Wake is an appellate attorney with particular expertise on environmental and land use issues, and has worked on numerous other constitutional issues and matters of importance to small business owners. Since joining the NFIB Legal Center, Wake has focused on a whole host of issues, from employment law matters to regulatory compliance.
