About The Presenter:

Cindy leads the Customer Strategy and Promotions team championing the optimal customer experience within all 1800 FedEx Office stores as well as  By anticipating and meeting customer needs, Cindy and her team focus on developing and executing promotional strategies relevant to both consumers and businesses.  Prior to her current role, she led the FedEx Office Product Marketing team responsible for product management and new business development.  Cindy earned a BS in both Economics and Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from Southern Methodist University.  She lives in Dallas with her husband and two children.
