Nicole Riley was selected as state director of NFIB Virginia in 2011.
She previously worked as a lobbyist in the Richmond office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC.
Riley, who holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Roanoke College, began her career as a legislative assistant to Delegate R. Steven Landes. She was a legislative policy analyst under then-Attorney General Jerry Kilgore and special assistant for legislative affairs under then-Attorney General Bob McDonnell.
In addition to representing the interests of NFIB Virginia members before the General Assembly, Riley oversees NFIB’s grassroots activism, political involvement and member development efforts throughout the commonwealth.
