Tuesday is Election Day in Virginia

October 27, 2025

It's essential that we support the candidates who support small businesses

Early voting is underway across Virginia. It ends on Saturay, Nov. 1.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 4. Polling hours are from 6 a.m. to  7 p.m.

In 2022, the General Assembly passed a bill allowing Virginians to register at any time, up to and including Election Day. Click here for more information. As long as you’re in line by 7 p.m., you’ll be able to vote.

“There’s a lot riding on the outcome of this year’s election,” NFIB State Director Julia Hammond said. Voters will elect the commonwealth’s next governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general and all 100 delegates to the Virginia House. Visit the NFIB Virginia website to learn more.

“The policies shaped by Tuesday’s election will determine the future for small businesses across Virginia,” Hammond said. “Voting is the best way to ensure our leaders understand how vital small businesses are to Virginia’s economy.”
