Feedback Needed: Indiana Lawsuit Abuse Survey

Feedback Needed: Indiana Lawsuit Abuse Survey

Take our survey on lawsuit abuse in Indiana

We want to hear from you! Please take our survey on lawsuit abuse to help us better advocate for you in Indianapolis. Small businesses are often targeted by lawyers for countless issues. Even if a lawsuit is ruled groundless and ultimately thrown out, the cost of a defense can be high enough to force a small business to close its doors. Not to mention that frivolous lawsuits are driving up the cost of liability insurance premiums impacting your bottom line.

We recently updated the survey to collect member information. If you previously filled out the survey and are interested in being involved with our advocacy efforts, please email Grassroots Manager ML McGinty.
