Felicia Watson counsels and represents management clients on labor and employment law matters. Prior to joining Littler, Felicia was Assistant Vice President with the National Association of Home Builders’ Office of Legal Affairs. She focused on construction liability, labor, safety and health, privacy and international trade. Her background also includes experience with two Washington, D.C. area firms. She previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, prosecuting felony domestic violence cases and providing evidentiary training for local law enforcement. Felicia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
