Government mandated wage increases can be a major concern for small businesses as they seek to operate their business, hire, and keep employees. NFIB member and owner of Everyday Fitness in Redding, California, Larry Fuqua, NFIB State Director John Kabateck, and Vice President of State Government Relations Tim Goodrich dive into the impact of minimum wage increases in California and how the changes in California have a national impact.
