You’re invited to join NFIB Arizona for a virtual 2026 Legislative Session Preview with State Director Chad Heinrich on Friday, January 30.

During the virtual event, you will receive an overview of what Arizona small business owners can expect during the 2026 legislative session and learn how NFIB is advocating on behalf of small businesses across the state.

Some of NFIB’s top priorities this session include:

  • Aligning the state tax code with the federal tax reforms passed last year
  • Opposing employer mandates
  • Supporting the elimination of swipe fees on taxes

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in a live Q&A. Details are below:
