Take Action On Small Business Issues In Virginia

Be the voice of small business and make your voice heard with your elected officials in the Virginia legislature.
Earlier this month, Governor Glenn Youngkin announced a plan to end the collection of fines and the prosecution of penalties related to the COVID-19 pandemic: “I am today requiring a statewide review of COVID-19 related penalties imposed by the Northam administration. The fact that businesses are still dealing with COVID-19 related penalties and fines is infuriating. Livelihoods are on the line.” Governor Youngkin has further indicated a desire for corrective action for any disciplinary measures (such as forgiveness for certain fines). To best help small businesses, NFIB is seeking to understand what fines, fees, and penalties our members have faced. We appreciate your completion of this survey as we continue to support Main Street in pandemic recovery. Please click here to complete the short survey!
