Virginia Small Business Community Endorses Rep. Ben Cline for Re-Election to Congress

RICHMOND, Va. (Sept. 9, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Representative Ben Cline for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Virginia’s 6th Congressional District. “Rep. Ben Cline has been a legislative champion for small business since his time in the Virginia General Assembly,” said Julia Hammond, NFIB Virginia State Director. “He is an original cosponsor of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act, which is crucial for small business owners in Virginia as it avoids a massive tax hike by making the Small Business Deduction permanent. On behalf of the small business community in Virginia’s 6th Congressional District, we are proud to endorse Rep. Cline for re-election today and look forward to continuing to work with him on efforts to help Main Street create jobs and grow.” “We are pleased to endorse Rep. Cline for re-election today,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “With a solid NFIB Voting Record, he has been a dependable voice for Virginia’s small businesses in Congress, and we look forward to continuing to work with him.” The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
