Shawnee Small Business to Congress: Workforce Woes Are the Root Cause of Our Problems

YUKON (March 7, 2023) – “Having managed this business for more than four decades and guided it through multiple oil booms, busts, and recessions, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the past three years have been the most difficult,” NFIB Member and small business owner Chuck Mills wrote in an op-ed for the Oklahoma City Sentinel after testifying before the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee’s field hearing. “On behalf of all small business owners, I implore legislators to please not make it any harder for me to stay in business here in Oklahoma.”
