Share Your Thoughts on Mandated Posting of Salaries/Wages for All Job Postings

As the Illinois General Assembly wraps up this year’s session, lawmakers are considering House Bill 3129, a bill which would mandate that all businesses with 15 employees or more must publish in every job posting for a specific job, a pay range, and a description of benefits offered. Employers who do not follow this mandate will potentially face stiff penalties for each omission. Small business owners are already struggling to fill positions, and mandates are only making it worse. Be the voice of small business and share how such a mandate may impact your business! The feedback you provide will be used by NFIB for anecdotal purposes only. We will not share your name or business identity without your permission.
