At a recent Silver City-Grant County Chamber of Commerce luncheon, NFIB New Mexico State Director Jason Espinoza presented State Rep. Luis Terrazas with the federation’s Guardian of Small Business Award. “During COVID, we needed a voice in the Legislature and he provided that voice,” said Espinoza.
