An update on the General Assembly & latest NFIB action alerts

The House and Senate will reconvene the first week in January. NFIB’s Pennsylvania Team will continue to keep you updated on legislation moving through the General Assembly that could impact your small business.

TAKE ACTION: The Pennsylvania General Assembly is considering a bill that would provide full unemployment benefits to those who have not lost their jobs, but who have voluntarily gone on strike. Tell your lawmakers to oppose this bad idea.
