Please take five minutes to complete survey to let state policymakers know what you need!

Ohio Small Business: Tell Us Your Hiring Needs!

NFIB State Director Chris Ferruso encourages Ohio NFIB members to fill out the state’s In-Demand Jobs Survey. The survey takes just a few mintues to fill out and provies policymakers with vaulable information from you, the small business owner, on what you need in order to operate. As you know, many elected officials have no idea how a small business runs, and your feedback will help them better understand what you do and how they can help. <<<>>> Governor’s Office of Workforce Tranformation is asking that all registered businesses in Ohio, both large and small participate. All you need is your business’s FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number). This number can be found on your previous tax returns. The questions ask you to estimate your workforce needs over the next year, the next 2-3 years, and the next 4-5 years. Ohio’s In-Demand Jobs Survey allows the state to collect feedback based on what Ohio businesses need, creating a portal for Ohioans to learn what jobs will be important now and, in the future, so they can better plan their pathway to a successful career. The survey is open to any registered business in Ohio, allowing businesses of all sizes and in all areas of the state to share their needs. Your responses will help build Ohio’s Top Jobs List, which helps direct the spending of federal funding for education and training programs in Ohio. Don’t miss this opportunity to share what your business needs!
