Board members spoke with several candidates running for office
NFIB’s Ohio PAC Board kicked off the 2026 election cycle by recently meeting with several candidates who are running for office. These meetings allow PAC Board members to ask important policy questions to properly consider which candidates to support and eventually endorse. Ohio’s PAC Board members are small business owners who represent a variety of industries across the state.
“We are excited to begin the process of identifying new pro-small business candidates in Ohio that are committed to making a difference for Main Street,” said State Director Jared Weiser. “Small businesses need support at every level of government, and we look forward to continuing to meet with candidates who are dedicated to strengthening Ohio’s small business community.”
Over the next few months, the PAC Board will continue to meet with a number of candidates for meaningful discussion on small business issues. After interviews are concluded, the PAC Board will vote on the candidates NFIB’s Ohio PAC will support and endorse.
