Here’s a look at some of the issues we’ll be watching in next year’s session of the Florida Legislature:
  • NFIB is prepared to defend the 2023 Florida lawsuit abuse reform bill from legislative attacks and judicial challenges.
  • We will urge lawmakers to finish off the last remaining 2% of the sales tax on commercial rents and leases.
  • We will encourage legislators to introduce legislation that would reduce your credit card transaction fees.
