NFIB Wisconsin Ads Thanks Senator Ron Johnson for Establishing 20% Small Business Deduction

NFIB recently released new radio, digital, and billboard ads in Wisconsin thanking U.S. Senator Ron Johnson for his crucial role in establishing the 20% Small Business Deduction.

“We thank Senator Ron Johnson for his leadership in helping create the 20% Small Business Deduction for Wisconsin small businesses,” said NFIB Wisconsin State Director Bill Smith. “Without action from Congress, Main Street is at risk of a massive tax hike when it expires in 2025.”

The 20% Small Business Deduction (Section 199A) allows small businesses organized as pass-throughs (S corporations, LLCs, sole proprietorships, or partnerships) the ability to deduct up to 20% of qualified business income and is scheduled to expire in 2025.

NFIB President Brad Close recently penned an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal where he discussed the importance of the 20% Small Business Deduction as America’s small businesses work (fight?) to create jobs, battle inflation, and support (invest in?) our communities.

TAKE ACTION: Tell your lawmakers to make the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent.
