October 28, 2025

The general election is Nov. 4

The NFIB Virginia PAC today endorsed Jason Miyares for reelection to the office of state attorney general. The political action committee is made up entirely of NFIB members from throughout the commonwealth. The NFIB Virginia PAC bases its endorsements on candidates’ records and positions on issues that affect small business owners.

“Jason Miyares has shown our members that he clearly understands the importance of maintaining a stable legal environment that allows small businesses to grow, create jobs, and help drive our economy forward,” NFIB State Director Julia Hammond said. “During his first term as attorney general, Jason has worked to make Virginia a fair place to operate a small business, and the entrepreneurs of our state appreciate that kind of environment.”

The endorsement comes during a critical election year for Virginia’s small business community. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and often encourage friends and family to do the same.
