New Minnesota Law Requires EV Parking Spaces in New Lots.

NFIB Minnesota Fights EV Parking Mandate

Earlier this year, the Minnesota Legislature passed a sweeping mandate requiring new or remodeled parking facilities to include dedicated spaces for electric vehicle charging. Small business owners shouldn’t have to subsidize the business plans of large multinational automakers or the “green” fantasies of out-of-touch lawmakers.
