Labor quality and availability are major issues for Georgia's small businesses
NFIB Joins Governor for Workforce Summit
“Labor can be a real challenge for Main Street businesses,” NFIB State Director Hunter Loggins said. “Forty percent of small business owners nationwide say they had openings they couldn’t fill in August, while owners rank labor quality as the second-most-important problem facing small businesses, after inflation. “We thank Governor Kemp for including NFIB in today’s event and look forward to working with him and legislative leaders in next year’s session of the General Assembly on solutions that help workers and employers alike.”As part of the second annual Workforce Summit, I sat down with key business leaders this week to discuss how to ensure Georgia is the top state for talent. I look forward to continuing our work together as we further tackle this issue. pic.twitter.com/hiAp6I9EQG
