NFIB Hosts Illinois Small Business Legislative Reception

NFIB Hosts Illinois Small Business Legislative Reception

February 27, 2026

The reception was a chance for Illinois small business owners to share their concerns directly with elected officials

NFIB hosted a legislative reception for members, legislators, state officials, and allied organizations on February 24, 2026.

The event drew small business owners from across the state and elected representatives from both parties.

“Main Street benefits when legislators have a chance to meet small business owners face-to-face,” said NFIB Illinois State Director Noah Finley. “The reception provided an opportunity for NFIB members to talk to legislators and share their stories in a non-formal setting.”

NFIB will host additional events throughout the year. Watch your email for future events and registration opportunities.
