NFIB Announces New Grassroots Manager for Tennessee

NFIB State Director Jim Brown says ML McGinty will be NFIB’s new grassroots manager for Tennessee. She replaces Natalie Robinson, who is now NFIB’s state director for Indiana.

A native of Nashville, McGinty has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Christian Brothers University and master’s degrees in conflict analysis and resolution from George Mason University and Mediterranean security from the University of Malta.

McGinty started with NFIB in 2021 in Sales Support, working to deliver top-notch customer service. McGinty was then promoted to Sales Support Team Lead and later to Sales Operations Coordinator.

In these roles, McGinty provided collaboration between departments, report tracking, and content creation for the Sales Team. As grassroots manager, McGinty will work with NFIB members to advance the smal business agenda in the General Assembly and Congress.

She can be reached at ml.mcginty@NFIB.org.
