Flowers will advocate for Ohio’s small business community in Columbus
The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Ohio’s leading small business advocacy organization, is proud to announce Jacob Flowers as Assistant State Director for NFIB’s Ohio office.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jacob to NFIB, and we’re confident that he will be a great small business advocate for our members,” said NFIB Ohio State Director Jared Weiser. “Jacob joins NFIB from the Ohio Statehouse, where he saw firsthand the importance of promoting pro-small business legislation and job growth policies. He will be a great addition to our team and know he will be a strong voice in Columbus for small businesses.”
Flowers joins the NFIB after two and a half years in the Ohio House, most recently working for State Representative Meredith Craig. During his tenure, he worked on a wide range of issues, including tort reform and healthcare, and served as clerk for the State and Local Government Committee. He also has experience working in Congress and holds degrees in Political Science and Economics from The Ohio State University.
NFIB is a member-driven organization advocating on behalf of small and independent businesses nationwide.
