Through the roof energy bills because elected officials tacked on new green energy mandates over the past few years. The state dumping $2.1 billion in additional UI debt on employers then extending UI benefits to 30 weeks. Health premiums rising by double-digits again with lawmakers proposing new mandate after new mandate. Bills being filed AGAIN seeking to increase the minimum wage to $20 per hour.

When is it going to stop?

We ask that you mark your calendars now to join us at the State House for a Small Business Summit. It is time for job creators to meet with their elected officials in Boston to say in one collective voice: we cannot take any more.

Every day, groups of activists flood the halls of the State House championing policies that will hurt your bottom line. And while associations like NFIB fight back against these proposals and you are busy running your small business, lawmakers look at the sheer volume of those activists that show up to make their case. It’s why we ask that you set aside some time on June 18th to directly tell lawmakers how these bad ideas affect your business.
