MA Department of Paid Family and Medical Leave Seeking Employer Feedback

MA Department of Paid Family and Medical Leave Seeking Employer Feedback

October 3, 2025

Please take a moment to complete the DFML survey so they can better understand how this program impacts employers like you.

The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave asked small business owners to complete a brief survey as they seek feedback on the state’s PFML program. Your responses will remain anonymous and will be used for discussion in an upcoming employer community listening session in October.

We ask that you take a moment to complete the DFML survey so they can better understand how this program impacts employers like you. If you are interested in attending the October 8th event in Boston with the Department of Family and Medical Leave to share your perspective in person, please contact Christopher.Carlozzi@nfib.org for more information.
