NFIB Iowa State Director Matt Everson highlights latest NFIB report outlining benefits of making the Small Business Tax Deduction permanent
In a conversation with Simon Conway, NFIB State Director Matt Everson discussed the findings of a new report outlining the benefits the 20% Small Business Tax Deduction will bring to Iowa if made permanent.
The report outlines the severe consequences for small businesses in Iowa and the broader U.S. economy that would result from the provision’s expiration, highlighting potential economic slowdown and increased financial strain on local businesses.
“The small business tax deduction has created thousands of jobs and has put millions of dollars back in the pockets of small businesses where they can spend on expansion, employees, their communities, and whatever else they see necessary,” said NFIB Iowa Director Matt Everson.
