Lawmakers Engage With Small Businesses at Tifton Roundtable

The meeting gave members a chance to speak directly with their elected representatives

NFIB partnered with the Community Bankers Association of Georgia (CBA) today to host a legislative town hall in Tifton.

Reps. Chas Cannon, Jacklyn Ford, and Bill Yearta spoke with small business owners and answered questions about taxes, regulations, and other issues affecting Main Street businesses. The meeting was held at South Georgia Banking Co.

“This was a great chance for our members and other small business owners to learn more about what’s happening in Atlanta and speak out about the issues that matter most to them,” NFIB State Director Hunter Loggins said. “I want to thank all of the legislators who took the time to join us and connect with their constituents.”
