Judge Brobson Installed as Supreme Court Justice

NFIB PA PAC, the state’s most influential and effective small business political action committee, endorsed Judge Kevin Brobson for election to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court during the November 2021 election. Last week, Judge Brobson was formally installed as a Supreme Court Justice. Brobson’s election was critical to small business owners and to protecting free enterprise across Pennsylvania. NFIB congratulates Judge Brobson on his new role and looks forward to his leadership on the Court.

“Judge Brobson has shown his ability to fairly interpret the law as intended by its writers,” said Greg Moreland, Pennsylvania State Director. “Judge Brobson is a thoughtful, intelligent, and experienced jurist who will serve the Commonwealth exceptionally.”

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania was established in 1772 and is the oldest appellate court in the country. The Court has played an important role in the history of the Commonwealth.
