Indiana: Meet Your New Grassroots Manager

NFIB Indiana is pleased to announce that ML McGinty will be the new Grassroots Manager for the state.

She started with NFIB in 2021 in Sales Support, working to deliver top notch customer service. She was then promoted to Sales Support Team Lead and later to Sales Operations Coordinator.

In these roles, ML provided collaboration between departments, report tracking, and content creation for the Sales Team. In her new role as grassroots manager, ML will work with NFIB members to advance the small-business agenda in the State Legislature.

A native of Nashville, ML has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University and two master’s degrees, one in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and the other in Mediterranean Security from the University of Malta.

ML McGinty can be reached at ML.McGinty@nfib.org.
