Governor Baker Expands Capacity Limits

Today, Governor Charlie Baker announced an expansion of capacity limits for all opened businesses to 40% from the current 25%. The change will take place on Monday, February 8th at 5 a.m. Restaurants will continue to adhere to capacity limits, now at 40% capacity. The state will remain in Phase 3 Part 1 until further notice.

The state also announced additional Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation grants for businesses hardest hit by the rollbacks. The MGCC will now allow businesses that did not receive grants due to errors on their forms a period to cure any mistakes. https://www.empoweringsmallbusiness.org/
