Free Webinar: Big Employment Law Changes Coming to Colorado

Two huge changes are coming to Colorado’s employment laws come 2023, and NFIB Colorado is hosting an exclusive-to-members webinar with Daniel J. Block, one of the state’s premier employment law experts.

On Jan. 1, 2023, the state’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance Act (FAMLI) takes effect. Block, of the law firm Robinson Waters & D’Orisio, P.C., will explain what it means with a special emphasis on opting-in and opting-out.

He’ll also discuss changes in the state’s restrictive covenant laws, affecting such things as non-disclosure and restrictive employment agreements.

One of the benefits of membership in NFIB is the continual educational programs it offers small-business owners on the laws affecting their ability to own, operate, and grow their businesses.
