The 2026 ballot includes several issues that could impact Illinois NFIB members

NFIB Illinois released its 2026 state ballot via email to Illinois NFIB members on January 5. The ballot addresses several issues that could impact small businesses in Illinois.

On this ballot, NFIB Illinois members can weigh in on NFIB priorities and advocacy in Illinois, such as:

1. Vehicle Miles Traveled Taxes

2. Flexible Work Schedules

3. Health Insurance Mandates

4. Vocational Training Opportunities

5. Industry-Specific Wage and Labor Boards

The ballot submission window is closing soon. Don’t miss your chance to make sure your voice is heard!

As a member-driven organization, NFIB regularly surveys its members to gauge where they stand on important issues facing small businesses. The results of these surveys drive NFIB’s positions. Only members are eligible to vote on state ballots.
