Gil White
State Director

Gil White is state director of NFIB/West Virginia, the state’s largest small-business association.

White served seven terms in the state Legislature. He was the minority chairman of the House Banking and Insurance Committee and a member of the House Finance Committee and the Political Subdivisions Committee.

He was Legislative Liaison to former Gov. Joe Manchin and is a former member of the West Virginia State Ethics Commission.

He serves as Vice President of Paull Associates Insurance/Real Estate and is Government Affairs Coordinator for Steptoe & Johnson, a regional law firm with offices throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
