In a conversation with Ryleigh Hindle at Missouri Business Alerts, NFIB State Director Brad Jones highlighted how small business owners are navigating economic uncertainty this holiday season. “I think (small businesses) are going to do what they always do, and that is provide great customer service, answer questions, be able to look their customers in the eye, call them by name,” Jones said. “Those are the kinds of things that make small businesses, especially during Christmas time, so special.” CLICK HERE to read the full article.
