Alabama Small Businesses Endorse Dale Strong

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Sept. 20, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, today endorsed Dale Strong for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Alabama’s 5th Congressional District. “NFIB members are pleased to endorse Dale Strong for Congress to represent Alabama’s 5th Congressional District,” said Rosemary Elebash, NFIB Alabama State Director. “North Alabama’s small business owners need a strong voice in Washington, D.C. We are confident that Dale Strong will make for a great addition to the 118th Congress.” “When I was growing up, I worked in my parent’s rural country store serving local farmers and others in our community. I learned at an early age the value of hard work and what it takes to run a small business,” said Dale Strong. “Raising taxes is not an option. Americans are taxed enough and deserve leaders who will be good stewards of their money. Cutting wasteful spending, downsizing government, reducing, and eliminating rules and regulations for businesses will be my top priority.” “Dale Strong will be a strong advocate for small businesses in Washington,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He knows the challenges that come with operating a small business and has pledged to support pro-small business policies that will generate job growth. We look forward to working with him.” The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
